Our relationship with HMRC
MyTaxFiling is an independent commercial software provider. It is not part of HM Revenue and Customs, and it is not endorsed by, affiliated with or acting on behalf of HMRC.
Filing features interact with HMRC systems on your instruction, using the processes HMRC provides for digital submission. We make no guarantee of HMRC acceptance, processing times or any particular tax outcome.
Not authorised financial advice
The service provides software and general information only. It does not provide personalised tax, financial, accounting or legal advice. Tax outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, and you may wish to seek advice from a qualified professional before making decisions.
Financial services regulation
We do not carry out regulated financial services activities and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If the scope of our service changes, we will update this disclosure.
Other disclosures
Where any part of the service requires authorisation, registration or membership of a professional body (for example, data protection registration with the ICO), we will record the relevant registration numbers here once confirmed.
